By hosting with us your agree to our terms of service.
Spam advertising of your account or spam sending from your account
is not allowed under our terms of services agreement.
Monthly subscribers may switch to a yearly plan at any time.
We will allow any kind of website to host with us as long as it
cannot be described as Illegal, or a Copyright infringement. Movies
and Music are fine so long as you are the owner of that property.
File sharing sites and Torrent sites are forbidden under our terms
of service because they are illegal in the USA.
A Free Domain name is included with all new hosting accounts. This
domain name is placed in your name and in your own domain name
account. You are its true owner. (free domains are limited to .com
.net .us .biz and .org) other extensions cost up to 15.00
more. International domains welcome.
Toll free phone and email support is provided for all hosting
members.
Web design support and marketing support is available via email at
no charge but not toll free.
New domain names are registered same day.
Our support staff is professional and courteous. Profanity and
abusive language should not be used when speaking to our staff. When
it is used you will be asked to refrain from speaking or emailing
with profanity. If it continues you will be removed from our
services possibly without warning. Our staff works hard to solve
your problems please be professional when dealing with them.
Web sites which includes pornography using persons who are or can be
perceived as under 18 is strictly forbidden. Termination of services
and reporting to your local authorities will result.
We work hard to make your hosting experience the best it can be.
There are no extra ( surprise ) charges or fees.
Extra space and bandwidth can be obtained by adding additional
plans. example. If your on our gold plan which gives 2000 mb of
space and you desire 4000 mb of space simply upgrade to our platinum
plan .. If your on Platinum plan and need more space or bandwidth
simply add another platinum plan .. We will either double your
current resources making it 8000 mb of space and 200 gigs of
bandwidth. Or we can upgrade you by setting up a completely new
account for you. This is the customers choice.
We will not surprise our clients by charging on a per gig basis as
others do.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our
terms of service.
